Losing weight with unbalanced meals can be risky

Obesity is a problem that has spread a lot in Spanish territory, as we have shown that the Health Ministry has said recently that 10 percent of Spaniards have some kind of overweight, which increases the expense of the health sector also by 10 percent.
Apart from this there is the percentage of cases of obesity in children, which has become a serious health problem in the country. For example, one of the recent studies, as AVENA (Food and Assessment of Nutritional Status in Adolescents) has made publicly known that adolescents are overweight or obese by 300 percent more than young people 20 years ago. So men have a rate of overweight and obesity of 25 percent, while women about 19 percent higher figures compared to previous years.
Taking into account that people take unknown methods to lose weight, the Institute of Obesity, said that diets that include foods such as salads fruits and lighter fluid are not advisable since it does not keep the necessary balance in the consumption of nutrients for the body, so the body could suffer in the future. Therefore, it is best to eat balanced, both in weight to drop.
